Photography and video may be taken during rides and events for promotional, archival, and community storytelling purposes. These materials may be used to share the spirit and activities of Pops & Flames with the wider public.
Participants who do not wish to be featured may notify the organizing team in advance so their wishes can be respected wherever reasonably possible.
