No member of the Pops & Flames community, whether internal or external, may use the Pops & Flames logo, artwork, visual identity, branding materials, or other intellectual property for personal gain, commercial benefit, or any purpose without clear written consent from the founder of Pops & Flames.
This includes the use of the logo, artwork, design elements, imagery, or community branding in personal projects, promotional material, social media content, merchandise, public campaigns, or any other form of use that may create confusion or benefit an individual outside the authorised purpose of the community.
Any person found using Pops & Flames intellectual property, resources, artwork, or related assets without authorisation may be considered to have committed a serious violation of community standards and trust.
In such cases, the individual may be formally removed from the community and publicly exposed for their conduct, depending on the seriousness and impact of the misuse.
Any person found in such instances may also be required to issue a formal media statement confessing and apologising to the public and to Pops & Flames for the unauthorised use or misuse of the community’s intellectual property.
This corrective action is intended to acknowledge the harm caused, restore accountability, and protect the reputation of the community.
The name “Pops & Flames” must not be used in gossip, rumour-spreading, false statements, public defamation, or other harmful conduct without evidence, context, or proper basis.
Any person who misuses the name of Pops & Flames in such a manner may be held liable for their conduct and exposed publicly where necessary.
Pops & Flames is built on respect, accountability, and integrity. The protection of its brand, identity, and public reputation is a core part of maintaining the trust and unity of the community.
